~Farmer's Market Wednesdays: Boulder Farmer's Market Tours & Dinner!
One Wednesday each month, take a chef guided tour of the Boulder Farmer's Market. We shop for the freshest ingredients and cook everything in our studio kitchen just minutes away. This is a wonderful way to expand your cooking skills, support local farmers and improve the quality of your meals. 
Market tour, food, cooking class and a wonderful chef inspired meal all rolled up in one evening. Date: July 1,  Time: 5:30-9;00 p.m , Fee: $45 per person

Take a personal chef guided tour of Longmont Farmer's Market, with Chef Deb. YOU help design the menu and then it's back to The Cook's Studio to create, eat and relax! This is a unique experience to discover new foods and cooking ideas while supporting our local farms. 
 Market tour, food, cooking class, wonderful chef inspired meal all rolled up in one evening.

What we make: We combine bread and cheese making in one delicious workshop.  Learn how to make your own cheese and bread  starters, the difference between a "biga" & "poolish",  French & Sourdough bread. Make Focaccia, Ciabata, grissini, Brioche, Cinnamon & Sticky buns, quick breads, quick puff pastry, whole grain breads, croissants and so much more.  Each day will include the recipes and techniques for making your own: butter, yogurt, creme fraiche, sour cream, Cultured buttermilk, Mascarpone cheese, Fresh Ricotta, Feta,  Handmade Mozzarella and more!  FYI: In addition to sampling fresh bread and cheese all day, we provide our guests a light lunch made with only local ingredients.

~One Day (soft) Cheese Making Classes: Learn how to make your own: Cultured Buttermilk, Yogurt, Creme Fraiche, Sour Cream,  Ricotta, Ricotta Salata, Mozzarella, Lebneh, Soft Goat Cheese and so much more! Class includes: Instruction, recipes and cheese to take home.  A light lunch is provided.

High Altitude Canning Classes by CSU Extension.

We are forming a partnership with the CSU Extension Program and will be offering classes on: The basics of home canning jams, jellies, saslas and pickling at our high altitude. Dates: TBA
