In an attempt to eliminate confusion, here is a description of our classes:
• Cooking Demonstrations:
This style of cooking class is designed to provide the student with a
complete demonstration of the techniques and/or recipes related to the
class topic. There is little, if any, student participation.
• Hands-On Cooking Classes:
Bring your favorite knives because this style of class gets you involved
in production. Chef-guided demonstrations are followed by the attendees
producing the same item at their 'stations'. A Chef Instructor is always there
to assist. The food produced will be based on the class topic.
• Chef's Tables:
A complete meal is demonstrated and served to a group of 12 people
minimum. Attendees can participate in different aspects of production and
presentation. This is a great event for friends, company associates, families
and anybody looking to have great time while enjoying the sights, sounds and
aromas of a great meal.
• Corporate Team Building:
Educate, Compete and Celebrate are the components of our "Corporate Chef"
competitions. Corporate groups are divided into teams that learn together,
compete against one another and enjoy the flavors of the day. Evaluation,
organization, production and presentation skills come into play in each
of our Team Building events.
• Beer Tasting Demonstrations:
Each dish of a four-course meal is paired with a micro-brewed beer. In
many cases the beer is incorporated into the recipe as well. Attendees
are guided through the characteristics of each brew by a brewmaster and
the meal is demonstrated by our Executive Chef. Very educational. Very
tasty. Very fun.
• Wine Tasting Demonstrations:
Similar to a Beer Tasting Demonstration, each dish of a four-course meal
is paired with a wine. In many cases, the wine in incorporated in the
recipe as well. Attendees are guided through the characteristics of each
wine by a wine expert. The meal is demonstrated by our Executive Chef.
A classic experience.
